DATA SOURCES

Events: Blockscout public API.
Prices: Coinbase 1-minute candle at the block timestamp, falling back to CoinGecko daily close.
Only tokens on the verified contract list are priced — a ticker alone is not proof of identity.
No API key, no account, nothing leaves your browser.

SCOPE

Ethereum, Arbitrum and Polygon are covered by keyless public Blockscout instances. Each address is scanned for its most recent {{ perWallet }} incoming token transfers.

NOT COVERED

Solana and other non-EVM chains need a keyed provider, so they are out of scope for a keyless build. A rebase that emits no transfer event — Lido stETH is the common case — cannot be reconstructed from transfer logs and will not appear here.

Only lots with a resolved USD price at the block timestamp are counted. Unpriced, unclassified and flagged lots sit in the missing data queue and are held out of these totals.

Missing data queue

Every lot the ruleset could not classify, or the price feeds could not value. Classify one and it moves into the ledger; your decisions are stored in this browser.

PUBLISHED CLASSIFICATION RULESET
{{ r.id }}{{ r.src }}{{ r.type }}
Anything no rule matches stays unclassified rather than being guessed at. A token whose symbol is non-ASCII, over-long, or carries a URL is flagged as a suspected airdrop and is never auto-booked as income.

Pricing is keyed to the token's contract address, never its ticker: a spam token is free to call itself ETH, and paying it the real ether price would book income that does not exist. A contract that is not on the verified list is left unpriced and stays here. The rules above are Ethereum mainnet contracts; Arbitrum and Polygon deployments are not yet covered by the ruleset.

Reconciliation

What was fetched, what was classified, what was priced, and what is still open. A file only balances when the open column reads zero.

UNVERIFIED TOKENS
{{ suspectCount }}

lots held out of income totals because the token failed a metadata check or its contract is not on the verified pricing list.

Lock a period once it has been filed. A locked period stays visible but is held out of every export.

WHAT TRAVELS WITH EVERY ROW

Lot id, date received in UTC, income type, the rule that assigned it, asset, quantity, unit price, the exact price source string, USD value, chain, wallet, block number and transaction hash. Every line traces back to its transaction.
